My name is Ashley, and volleyball has become one of my biggest passions — not just as a sport, but as a way to build community, confidence, and opportunities for youth in Cornwall. What started as a small idea has grown into a thriving program with multiple weekly sessions, trained coaches, a development pathway, and now the foundation for competitive teams and women’s leagues.  I’m dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and structured environment where players of all ages and skill levels can learn, grow, and fall in love with the game. From organizing gym rentals and scheduling sessions, to coordinating coaches, tournaments, and parent communications, I put my whole heart into making sure every athlete feels supported and included.  Volleyball has brought so many families together, and seeing players improve each week — whether they’re just learning or preparing for competition — is the most rewarding part of what I do. My goal is simple: to continue expanding opportunities in our community, building programs that last, and helping every athlete discover their potential on and off the court.

My name is Ashlee, a lifelong athlete with a passion for sports, fitness, and community.

As a proud, local business owner, Certified Personal Trainer and (in training) Ontario Volleyball Association Development Coach, I bring years of experience both on and off the court—having played volleyball throughout my school career and still competing weekly today.

Fitness for me goes beyond physical strength; I emphasize mental health and inclusivity in every training session, creating spaces where everyone feels empowered to thrive. My journey as a sports fanatic and fitness enthusiast has shaped me into a coach who believes in building not just athletes, but confident, resilient individuals.

Being a part of this club means so much. I enjoy being able to bring the youth together and work towards building a cohesive and successful community on and off the court.

Driven by passion and purpose, I’m committed to helping today’s youth grow into tomorrow’s leaders—, ready to take on the world.

-----
